It's sad that the review only goes up to five stars, because this is a 10-star experience! All three guys contributed And worked brilliantly as a team! AJ promptly greeted and then did the work underneath the vehicle (hard to believe he's still in training,) Reese was excellent at customer service and letting me know all of the options without being pushy. James, shop manager was excellent at guiding everyone to make sure that everything stayed fast and efficient helping. If you need vehicle maintenance in the Clayton area, this is the spot to go... Will definitely be back!
I received excellent service from Kenan and Sam. I was a little apprehensive because I hadn't been to a TAKE 5 establishment before. They were professional in answering my questions and weren't pushy with trying to get me to get additional service. Kenan showed me what I needed, answered my questions and let me make the final decision. That spoke volumes to me. I will recommend this location to my seasoned friends because of friendliness, professionalism, accuracy, and knowledge of products needed versus pushing a sale.
Chris, the Manager on Duty, was amazing! They didn't have the oil that I use in stock at the time; so instead of saying sorry we can't service your vehicle he went above and beyond and ran to AutoZone and got the oil instead of losing a customer.

As a single mom, it means a lot to feel like someone actually cares and isn’t just rushing you through—and that’s exactly how he made me feel.
