I drove past this establishment early one morning after dropping my son of at school and I saw that it was open and there wasn't any cars being worked on in the service bay. I needed an oil change so I pulled in and was greeted by the young man that was there working alone. (I can't remember his name right off)
This was my first time using this company. When I came in I had asked for an oil change with cabin filter and engine filter to be changed. The manager Alex worked through some tough issues with my vehicle because it was an Audi and a newer one. Alex really stuck it out and worked through and issues. He was pleasant and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place. Everyone there was working very quickly and efficiently to get everyone’s cars completed. Thank you Alex.
Incredible staff! From top to bottom! John and Alex really treated me well. Including the tech that was working with them (not sure his name). They both connected with me, cracked jokes, and made me feel welcomed and cared for! They told me about things they didn’t have to about discounts not only for me and my mom! Will definitely be returning! 10/10 would definitely recommend
This place is really great. They offer you a cold bottle of water as soon as you pull up and every single employee here on a Saturday morning was happy, energetic and kind. Really cool place and the oil change was fast fast fast. I was in a time crunch and was able to make it to my next stop on time. Love this place.
I had an oil change the other day on the 19th. The two gentleman working were very informative and took the time to explain the difference in grade/types of oil and why my car needed a step up from economy.
