Came to Take 5 in Winston-Salem for the first time yesterday. I was extremely happy with my service there for oil change. Most importantly, I was impressed with the assistant Joseph who helped me. He was kind and cordial, listened to my concerns, even tacked up my hanging plastic piece under my car with a plastic tie as I requested and gave me photos of the issue from underneath. Top notch customer service by Joseph. He gets an A+ for professionalism. They honored my Veterans discount and gave me a water to drink in my car while I waited. I will be driving 45 minutes here to get my oil changed each time from now on because of their excellent service. Go here, you will be satisfied with their oil changed fee services, trust me!
First time going to Take 5 @ 2800 Reynolda road Winston-Salem. Ethan, the Manager answered all my questions about the drain plug seal replacement. I sat in my car, watched them pour the new oil in, check my air filter & even showed the the dipstick when finished all in less then 15 minutes. Definitely My new oil change shop. T.N.
I used to hate getting my oil changed because I'm a busy mom and it's an enormous hassle. Well, Take 5 has changed that entirely! I now look forward to it. It feels like a royal treatment compared to other places. They're friendly and helpful and even wipe down your windshield too! I would give them extra stars if I could and I've been raving about them to anyone who will listen. They are a bit pricey compared to say, Walmart, but honestly... who wants to sit in an uncomfortable chair for an hour just to save a few bucks? The extra $30 once every few months is so worth it for the experience!!
I HAD to have a oil change on a Sunday. I found, "Take 5 Oil change" while going to the market. They were so professional and very very polite. They did the oil change and told me the difference between the oils. They showed me the air filter that was terrible and showed me the difference between my air filter and a new one...and yes, I got a new one. I think this will be my oil change people now.
Went to get an oil change around 10am and the process was seamless . Ethan ( i think that was his name , i think he was the manager at the location i visited) was friendly , made sure his team assisted me swiftly & he even reset my oil life for me ( which i appreciated because i always forget how to do it and most of the times when i go to other locations they don’t reset my oil life when my oil is changed)
