Huge thank you to the team at Take 5 Oil Change! After having a bad experience at another location in Charlotte where my oil was overfilled by almost two quarts, I stopped in here for help. The two guys who assisted me were absolutely amazing. They took the time to properly measure everything, remove the excess oil, and completely solve the issue. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. They honestly saved me from what could have turned into a much bigger problem. I’ll definitely be coming back here for my oil changes from now on. Great job, guys!

Always great service! I go out of my way to come here even when there's another Take 5 right by my work. The team is always top notch, notice the details and are very knowledgeable. Mason, Jaquan, and Zaveon this past oil change spotted an oil leak I didn't know about and found the problem area. Mason let me know about my options and how I could get it fixed on a tight budget. I hope they all get paid very well for as helpful, caring and knowledgeable as they are.

Person greeted me without water. He brought it a few minutes later. Manager was on duty as well. She repeated to me the service I had gotten the last time. She asked if I wanted the same service. I advised that I did. I asked her about any discounts for senior citizens, day of the week special or any other deal. She advised there was only the one which includes wipers. I had just had all wipers changed when I purchased new tires about a month or so ago. Therefore there wasn’t a special available.

First time going here. I was excited to see two young ladies in the bay, changing oil and working on vehicles. I am a director of engineering and I know how hard it is for ladies to prove their self in this type of work environment. As ladies, we have to work extra hard to show the men we know what we’re doing! It warms my heart to see more women exploring this type of work. I did question the young lady to see if she knew what she was doing and she did. I thought it was a bit overpriced, but I was very happy with the service and I will be returning.

Excellent job with everything! The first time, I was brought out water as I waited for my oil change! It was appreciated! Very friendly and PROFESSIONAL! Fair pricing, extremely thorough, double-checking, and showing exactly what they were doing and wanting to replace (air filter). The time for the oil change was about normal. 30 minutes total.
