I have come to Hopkins to Take 5 exclusively for the last 2 to 3 years when it comes to getting my oil changed, etc. I moved to Eagan a handful of years ago, yet I still make the drive because of the consistency in service, transparency, and their consultative nature.
I stopped in yesterday for an oil change and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was welcoming right away and even offered me a complimentary water while I waited. Brasil, the store manager, did an excellent job clearly explaining the services being performed. In addition to the oil change, they topped off my tire pressure, refilled the antifreeze, and checked my car’s filter. Tyrone and Bryan were also very helpful, and the whole visit was quick and efficient. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning!
I’ve been here twice, once to have my oil changed and once to have my coolant flushed. I’ve received fast, friendly, and great service both times. Their pricing is reasonable too. I also really appreciate being able to call a business and quickly getting a real person on the phone.
This is the only place I go to get my oil changed. I'm always in and out super quickly, it's an amazing value, especially with free tire and fluid top-offs.
