We like taking our vehicles here. Ever since they have opened up in our neighborhood. Nice people, friendly service, and never pressure you into purchasing items. Great workers. July 5th: I stopped by "Take 5 Oil Change" today to have the air in my tires checked because my sensors said they were low. I pulled in and happened to arrive during a big rush. Nevertheless, the guys were happy to help and check along with filling the tires. Again the Take 5 Oil Change is a wonderful place to take your vehicles for service.
Very awesome set of staff members here in Brooklyn park location. Well mannered and offers you water during both my visits. Checks all car specs and topped off my car fluids with no additional charges. They washed and wiped my front window while service was done and checked my air tires. Most importantly they were all so well mannered and very respectful to me as a customer and made sure all my needs were addressed before performing any services. Very satisfying experience here. Thank you to these wonderful hard working men here.
Miguel and the team at Take 5 went above and beyond in helping me resolve a coolant issue with my vehicle. Miguel recommended replacing my radiator, which I did, and when I returned, the team topped off my coolant and made sure everything was good to go before sending me on my way.
Just moved into town and was looking for a quick oil change, now I’m always coming back here to take 5! !!! Miguel, the manager, is fantastic. Great crew he has working here. They are all fast, friendly, and will do a great job explaining the things going on with your vehicle, and not pressure into getting everything done. Really good people here. Everyone is always smiling and laughing, you can tell they all enjoy working together and have fun doing it. Will recommend this place to all of my friends!
Went here for an oil change and I was truly amazed at the level of professionalism and courtesy everyone showed! From the store owner to the store manager to the other workers, I was impressed! And it didn’t take all day; I was in and out in probably 15-20 minutes! No pressure to buy something I didn’t need or want either. They give you a bottle of cold water when you arrive, you just pull up, stay in your car, and they get to work! Topped off all of my fluids, made sure all of my tires had the right pressure, checked my windshield wipers and even cleaned the back window that was dirty! Wow! These guys definitely know what they are doing and I am so happy my daughter told me about them. I will definitely be back for my future needs!
