I work in the automotive space and have had the pleasure of visiting nearly every single car dealer and repair shop in the Twin Cities and St. Cloud. I’ve seen the worst of the worst and the very best of the best. This unsuspecting little shop completely changed my understanding of what it means to run a tight ship and have technicians that are clean, professional, and most importantly happy. Kevin and his team made me feel like I was at the Ferrari dealership with the service I received (except the price was great! Cheaper than an oil change at the valvolene down the road.) I will 100% be sending all my clients to this location. Kevin A+ service and customer experience.

I was recently a first time customer and the team was excellent. I was offered a cold bottled water upon my arrival and my car was worked on promptly. Air filter and oil changes were completed within 20 minutes. The team went above and beyond explaining all of the work they were recommending and mistakes made by prior, unrelated body shops and assisted in documenting issues. Everyone was friendly, polite and very helpful. The team clearly cares about doing a good job and helping folks, not tacking unnecessary services on to run up a a huge bill. Customer-first mentality, they looked for ways to save me money on services while patiently entertaining questions.

Dalton and the crew here give absolute wonderful service. I came in today for a fluid top off and asked him to pay special attention to my coolant because I could smell it they even went as far as checking for leaks. The free top off service is such a wonderful service that it has made me a true repeat customer. I know I can have somebody check my fluids and refill between my oil changes and have confidence of full complete records on it for my mechanic. These guys and their top-notch customer service can't be beat by competitors. Definitely worth every penny spent.

10/10 experience! This was the best experience I have never had at an oil change shop! I was greeted by Datton who gave me a free water and was very impressed by his knowledge and swiftness while he worked on my vehicle. Another fella named Savon was so personable and was very informative on the different products and tiers of oil changed they had. Jaiden was the one who I believed changed my oil and even asked me how my experience was at the end which was so pleasant. These 3 made my entire experience so easy and showed such amazing customer service and I WILL be coming back for my future car needs!

If you’re thinking about getting your oil changed, don’t even consider going anywhere else this is the place you’re looking for. This is my third visit, and I truly can’t describe how friendly and professional the team is.
