It was fairly quick and easy despite how surprisingly busy they were on a Sunday afternoon! While changing the oil, they tested my antifreeze with a gauge of some kind which they showed me and it clearly showed it was time to flush the cooling system for which they offered a discount if I agreed to do it then. I agreed and it didn’t take long for them to do it. So all-in-all, it was a great experience and has become my “go-to” for oil changes with this being the second time getting my oil changed here. Will definitely be back again!
Awesome experience the crew was undermaned only two guys but they were rockin all 3 bays. Let me know upfront that it would take a little longer than expected since they were shorthanded. No problem they were efficient and a well oiled machine. The two of them had a great system. I was exceptionally pleased with their service. Once they got to my vehicle it was business as usual. They knocked out my oil change in no time at all.
Impeccable service from these guys, I always go back to this location. Your team is always super friendly, helpful, and take the time to explain to me what needs to get done and why, please give them a pad on the back and buy their lunch!
I am not one to give a review for people just doing their job. This shop in Monroe has gone above and beyond. The service is amazing on top of handing you a water as soon as you roll down your window. My son and I wanted to do an oil change together so I went out and bought everything, at least I thought I did. His car has a skid plate with special screws that I would have to go buy a special tool I know I will lose. So no oil change, leading me to take 5. The take 5 lead asked if I wanted to keep the skid plate off so we can do this father son oil change. He explained how it’s not that important and they can always install it later for me. I will be returning with all my cars to this place, plus they have deals for veterans.
