Oil Change in Toledo, OH

I myself have not had the opportunity to utilize this shop, however became very disturbed by a article I seen posted in the news as I know that this is a tactic used by this individual in the past to obtain his money back. He put the coolant in himself knowing he was going to need these jobs done. Regardless, he knew exactly where to take it thereafter due to his family's relation to these shops. As you'll notice he didn't post all of those damages on his initial review. Just that the price was expensive and that his wife in him had to wait claiming he would never return. However, he had it posted in the newspaper that they caused all of this other damage when he's been known to continuously add the wrong coolant whenever he has plans to change out his water pump. Anyway, it's really just a scheme to get his money back for the oil change. As soon as my reviewer lets me add the pictures you'll see who I'm talking about

The young men who changed my oil were nice and professional. They offered my husband and I a bottle of water when we arrived. We qualified for 25% off coupon on website for military/veteran discount. This was our 1st visit and will return. They also reset the oil light for me that alerts when the next oil is due. (Other places do not always do this and I appreciate it! 😁) Great Crew there!

I wouldn't come back here. They put my skid plate in my trunk and told me to take it to Valvoline to put it back on... 5 stars because they were nice and can improve
