I always come to this location and I went in for an oil change, and Paul and Nicholas set the bar high for service. I was on the fence about the coolant flush but I knew I needed it and they explained everything so well I actually knew what I was agreeing to (rare for me 😅). They answered all my questions without making me feel dumb and even waited while I got my husband on the phone no awkward rushing me along. They weren't rude when I told them I had a coupon.
Gave me fluids, such as steering fluid and wiper fluid, filled up my tires and let me know of a possible issue with one of the tires, let me know about my wiper blades and explained to me about my coolant. They did not pressure me into buying things I was not interested in getting and even helped me get a discount I did not know that they provided. Very kind, very helpful, very informative. Air filter was also replaced.
The guys did a fantastic with my service. They start out offering a bottle of water before you pull into the bay. Professional service and courtesy and they had me out the door within 10 to 15 minutes. Very pleased with the service.
The service was amazing and quick. Very friendly great attitudes. Super appreciate all the help. Don't forget to look in that mirror and tell yourselfs that you're doing a great job. And that you're beautiful or you're handsome. And to pass it on. So we all can change the world cuz, because love always wins and we're all love if we want to be. I was in and out of there real quick. They were very professional and even told me about something I was completely unaware of. That was only my washer fluid reservoir had a crack in it but still it's nice to know so I know what I need to do to fix it.
