Honest and incredible service! I decided to get an early oil change before a lengthy road trip. The service guy said I didn't need an oil change - that it wasn't low on oil and the oil didn't need changing. On top of that he topped off my washer fluid and checked the radiator and air filter. I needed a new air filter but there was no pressure purchase even though he offered. The honesty from this place will have me returning again and again. I've never received service this outstanding at any other oil change place.
I want to leave a review for Joe from Hwy 21, who helped me with my oil change. The service was excellent from begging to end. Joe was very friendly, professional, and made sure to clearly explain everything about the service being done to my vehicle.
I trust Blake with any car issues. I’ve had my suv for 9 yrs and regularly get the oil changed and maintain it perfectly. My suv has been to the dealership twice for the loud cooling fan that came on very frequently. I was told twice it was normal. Blake diagnosed my problem BEFORE I even pulled in for an oil change. The coolant was a gallon low! Blake topped it off and told me to have it repaired. The cooling fan does not come on constantly now. Why couldn’t the dealership diagnose and fix this simple problem? I would recommend the Hwy 21 location of Take 5 to everyone. Blake was honest and correct with his diagnosis.
The absolute best service I’ve ever received in my life. I was a first time customer the young lady at the Covington location did an amazing job, especially as she was only 22 years old.
Barnell was funny and knowledgeable and while I didn’t understand anything being told to me cause I’m just a girl, he made sure my car got back in better health. Had a lot of work done and it was faster than I would have expected and gave me a discount to help me with the cost. I feel like he owes me a date at this point since I spent more money than I wanted to. But no complaints from me, I have a safer car to transport my twins.
