At 1st I wasn’t going to choose Take 5 to trust with my cars maintenance after looking at online google reviews for the Hammond La Take 5 which is less than 1 mile from my home. Not only wouldn’t they answer the phone when I called twice their reviews were mostly bad but then I remembered there is a Take 5 near where I work in Covington La. I then looked at the Covington Take 5 reviews and I found them to be much more positive and they answered my phone call after the 2nd ring so.. I drove 30mins to get my oil changed and I was glad I did!! I wish I remembered their names. There were 2 gentleman who greeted me promptly and I was very impressed with every step of my experience with them. Extremely professional and polite and made me feel as if I wasn’t just another dollar earned for the company!! I’d give 1000 stars to them but since the limit is 5 that’s what I’m giving!! Thank you Covington La Take 5 on Hwy 190 at approximately 615pm for the exceptional service!!
Had a wonderful experience getting our oil changed today. Landen was our service writer. He was very professional and kind as well as the rest of the crew. They offered us water and made sure our car was ready to take a 8 hour trip to Alabama. We will definitely return BUT ONLY THIS LOCATION. Avoid Hwy 21 location at all costs. They almost cost Take 5 our business forever. This location has definitely regained our trust. THANKS GUYS!!
These guys got it goin on. There’s a pleasant, calming, unseen, presence you feel as soon as you pull your vehicle into the service bay. The employees are smiling and they speak to all customers, not just the one they are helping. They are knowledgeable and project a genuine interest in the maintenance of your vehicle. I surely hope these guys get noticed by the corporate and be rewarded accordingly for exceptional customer service.
This is the place. Night and day difference between here and the Hwy. 22 location in Mandeville. That place is a joke. The Covington 190 location ACTUALLY had me in and out of there in 10 minutes. VERY professional staff that gets on the ball and doesn’t sit around bullshitting like that other location… THIS is where I’ll be coming from now on. Great job, guys!
Used Hwy 190N (Mandeville, La) location for 1st time after going multiple other times to the Hwy 21 (Covington, La) location. It was a far better choice afterwards for me with much quicker service and friendlier employees. Differently a better overall experience that left me satisfied afterwards!
