Stopped in for an oil change. Very professional. Jeremy, my technician, was very engaged, transparent, and was more focused on service rather than trying to upsell me on every item. Instead of telling me my windshield wipers were worn out and needed to be replaced, he asked me how they were treating me. Immediately I asked how much was a new pair when I would completely disregard others in the past as I felt I was just trying to be upsold. Especially, since they were already worn out and I knew I needed a new set. However I politely declined due to the pricing with no objections from him which I appreciated bc once I say no, my answer is final and I do not need to be convinced. I presented him with my 25% off coupon and gladly accepted it with no “complications.” He showed me my air filter which was clearly dirty. I understand that is protocol but he went into detail when I asked the risks of not changing and even went out of his way to get me a coupon for $10 off the filter which came out to being pretty cheap. He also let me know that I had parts hanging underneath my car scraping the road from my last oil change which I received terrible service and damage to my vehicle. He went out of his way to remove this for me to ensure I was good to go. If I had the cash on me and if they are allowed to accept tips, I would’ve left him $30 just based off the excellent service I received. This take 5 location is the only place I’ll be going from now on. Thank, Jeremy.
Wood was the best manager in this location. I have been to this shop many times and he is by far the best. While training new employees he still serviced my vehicle and went far beyond the call of duty with my cabernere filter. He could not remove the old and had to tear it. He replaced it free of charge for the time it took.
The guys at Take 5 actually researched my car’s last oil change on Car Fax and told me that I wasn’t due an oil change yet. They could have easily changed and charged, but they didn’t. Thank you for your integrity and honesty. We’ll definitely be back when it’s time!
I always use Take 5 for my oil changes. Coming home from work last night, my engine oil light came on. So, I pulled into the location close to my house. They checked it out. I was 3.5 quarts low on oil. They topped it off for me at NO CHARGE! Just like the guarantee says! It was a great experience.
These folks are very professional. Friendly and efficient service. Very quick in and out and done right every time. Highly recommend this business!
