Oil Change in Marietta, GA at 3075 Johnson Ferry Road

I’ve been going to this location for a long time. This was the best experience I’ve ever had there. The man who I worked with (he had a beard, smiled a lot, and had excellent eye contact) was so helpful and explained things to me that no one ever had (like that my car takes 6 quarts instead of the 5 listed on the pricing sign). I felt comfortable getting my diff fluid changed (I usually only do that at my mechanic). He also changed out the screw cover of my oil container. No one has ever offered that before. The girl that was there noticed that a screw was missing from the back/bottom of my Jeep and replaced it. That fixed a ratting noise that had been driving me crazy. I hope the staff that is there now stays for a long time!

Been taking my VW bug here for oil changes for a couple of years now. I always have very friendly, professional, knowledgeable service. I never feel pushed to get/do things that aren’t really needed (they looked at my windshield wipers and said they looked good and I didn’t need new ones right now. Also asked about the cabin filter and I told them I replace that myself and they didn’t push any further. Previous places I’ve been have really pushed me on those things even when not needed). For the service and convenience I think the pricing is reasonable as well. Would recommend!

I’ve been to this location a few times… This instance it was for just a tire check… And the associate let me know that my tire was actually really low… He went above and beyond and checked for any nails …wasn’t anything serious, so it was nice that I didn’t have to do that Check myself. My car was covered in pollen, of course, and they really cleaned my front window so I could continue driving safely… Very friendly, offered water… I’ll go here plenty of times for oil changes, air filters, whatever it is I like being able to stay in my car.

Josh and Keith had me in and out of there quickly. A friend who did an oil change on my car for me last time let me know that there was a very old filter in my vehicle. Which means, as I was paying for dealerships to take care of my oil changes, they were not ethically switching out the oil filters. I did verify that this place does change out the filter, and I feel better about the fact that I'm in the car while they're doing the work.

I went to Take 5 oil change after I got off work and I couldn't be there until 25 minutes before closing. I had to get this done my Honda was acting up and thought it needed this badly. I thought because I showed up so late I would get a rushed service. I also had no other times to get this done. I don't know the lady's name or the gentleman that did the work but it was the best experience I have ever had at a quick oil change place. I had such bad experiences with these types of places in the past that I hadn't been back in quite a few years. These guys changed my mind. They were very thorough and showed me everything that was needed and told me the price before the service. Awesome customer service. They truly care about their customers. I am a stylist and I can tell you that truly caring about your customers goes a long way. That is what grows a business. It looks like the owners care about their teams because if you don't than they don't do their best. Great job.
