I always enjoy getting my service’s done at Take 5 Oil Change. Someone should name this location, the fastest in the Metro Atlanta area. The team here is great at communicating to each other about what parts they may need and also great with communicating each step with the customer. The employees were very knowledgeable about what someone may need and very accurate on pricing and up selling. I spent a little bit more money than I expected but, it was only 5 minutes out of my day in exchange for years of a GREAT working vehicle. Thanks to My Take 5 Oil Change, We’re the best ✌🏿💯
I unfortunately could not get my oil change and emissions done here because they do not do European cars (oil change nogo, but I believe they do emissons but don’t quote me on that) but I had to give a well deserved shout out to your employee, Brian (if there’s more than one, the one that lives in Buckhead) he was absolutely wonderful in helping me find a suitable place to take my car. He helped search numerous locations for me, called them and even offered me a bottle of water for my drive. 10 out of 10 customer service, above and beyond professionalism, and most importantly, kindness. I honestly wish I could’ve gotten my oil changed by him, but you have a great employee on your hands. Thanks for the kindness and generosity, Brian! The world needs more of you.
Danny, Ant, Awan, and Lucas all are amazing. First time I've ever used a Take 5 location for an oil change and they immediately won me over. Professional and gave excellent customer service. I initially went to just get an oil change but before I left I ended up with oil change completed, new wipers, and both filters replaced. Service was fast and pleasurable. Discounts were offered and applied as well. I definitely will be back!!! Thanks guys for everything!!!
I went in Saturday afternoon , the guys were the friendliest and went over everything with me before they did anything. They are very professional and did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend this location !
This particular location was awesome 👌🏾. I previously visited the Union City location and was not satisfied at all. They didn't put enough oil in my car. I'd rather drive the extra 30 miles the the location on Cobb Pkwy
