Today I am giving a 10 STAR review to associates Marlowe , Casey O’Shea, J’Meil, Hikeem, Robert, Jason, Blayce, Connor, Aaron, Teddy, Mauricio, Tavares, Tyler, Alex, Yosef and Joe. They all were extremely professional, knowledgeable respectful and kind. They assisted me with my oil, tires, washer fluid and wiped my windows. They provided a terrific experience. Teddy, was especially knowledgeable and friendly. I also received a complementary bottle water. I appreciate the10 star treatment. I would absolutely recommend this business for any vehicle.
Jason at the Kennesaw Town Center location gave me a coupon to get an oil change. I really appreciated that as full synthetic is expensive. I arrived and was immediately greeted with a smile by the MGR Rob!! He provided exceptional customer service and kept me informed the entire time! He even gave me another coupon for my next visit. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a car care center. All the staff were professional, friendly and very attentive! And they are knowledgeable about their jobs. Coldest morning of the year, the weather guys were at work early and were cheerful. They always explain everything as they are performing their service and give you their honest opinion. I did suggest a cup of hot chocolate instead of the bottle of water they offered… just kidding of course. I go to the Kennesaw location on Barrett Parkway, always recommend this place to friends.
I’m usually super anxious when I have to handle any car issues on my own without my boyfriend … I called first to get info and Kasey was so calming and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable enough to go to Take 5 even though I’d called a few other places. When I arrived all the guys there were so polite and kind and patient, everything was very professional and efficient and very convenient.. possibly my go to from now on
Thank you to Hikeem who walked me through the whole process plus Austin, Dai Dai and Jmeil. They got my oil changed, filters checked and tires inflated quickly and with a smile. Price was reasonable and I recommend checking their site for coupons which really help in today's economy. Appreciate their 5-star service!!!
