I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The service was quick, professional, and efficient from start to finish. As soon as I arrived, the staff recognized my military service and each team member took the time to personally thank me, which meant a lot.
I had a fantastic experience at the Take 5 Oil Change in Sandy Springs. The manager truly went above and beyond - he honored the price that the call center quoted me the day before, even though there was some confusion since the representative made it seem like they were at the actual location (which wasn’t the case). That level of integrity and customer care really stood out.
10 minutes once I was seen but holy crap its suuuuper expensive! It cost me $120 for an oil change! The most I’ve ever paid before then is $70 so they’re definitely charging for the advertised convenience of 10 minutes and wait in your car.
In a society where paying customers often receive lackluster customer service — or no customer service at all — it’s refreshing to know that Take 5 Sandy Springs is not that type of establishment. Their customer service from beginning to end was outstanding.
*edit - removed a star cuz last time I was there they didn’t put my oil cap back on and it splattered all up in my hood the next time I turned the car on. Cmon guys
