Oil Change in Canton, GA at 1476 Riverstone Pkwy

It was my first time coming and I'll definitely be coming back from now on. The crew was kind, especially Devlin who seemed to be in leadership. Devlin was great because he explained things to me (a 26 female with basic knowledge of cars) with such kindness, transparency, and respect and no condescension. I had an oil change and a few other things serviced on my car. I'll be back!

I was very impressed with the entire crew. The Main person working with me, explained every detail of what they were doing with the car. This is the first time I’ve used them for this particular vehicle. They were not pushy and explained to me why I might need the engine coolant changed out as well. This was a 2011 Toyota Camry that I just purchased from a friend and it definitely needed oil change, And the engine coolant changed out. When they took the inside air filter out, while I was sitting in the car, I was shocked to see how filthy it was. Sometimes when the car is in the back of an auto shop one never knows if it’s truly your filter they took out and that is why I like this place is because they are doing everything right in front of you. I highly trust them and appreciate the care and the explanation they took with my vehicle. They also showed me the engine filter, I think that’s what it’s called, which was also pretty filthy. I’m so glad I went so I could get these things changed out and take care of the car for many years to come thank you for your honesty and your willingness to answer my questions and walk me through the entire process!

I’ve been to this location twice now for my truck’s oil change. They did a great job on my first visit, and since I don’t drive my truck much, it’s been about a year since I was back.

This was my 1st. Visit and I do have to say I was very impressed with the service from Devlyn and James. They were very kind and very informative to what they were doing on my car. They even told me what the past oil company I had used did wrong like used loctite on my oil plug and that my oil filter was loose. I already knew I wasnt happy with the last company and this just sealed the deal that I will be taking and keeping my business with Take 5 Oil Change company. Definitely recommend them!!!

This was the best oil change experience I think I’ve ever had because the customer service was top notch. Devlin was so kind to me. My car is always super messy and he was non judgmental and had such a great personality. What an intelligent dude. And then the manager is Jashawn and he was also awesome. There weren’t any other customers when I was there so I got to chat with the two employees. I felt proud of how both of them are so professional but also kind hearted. They took their time on my car with great thoroughness. It was fun to watch how focused they are and how they communicate clearly to each other when they did a safety check procedure. They did a serious check over everything before they let me drive away. As a single woman, I felt so taken care of that I actually told them I love you. I’m touched to tell you that the actually both said it back to me. Every good human deserves to be treated how they treated me.
