Incredible, FAST service from Azeem and Nick. Really kind and transparent. I had work in 20 minute and they got me in and out of there in 15. Crazy fast. For all the services they offer. Incredible. Unfortunately, any of these places will overcharge for everything. So make sure you don’t let them highball you if you’re looking for cheap alternatives to other car repair spots. It was my most expensive oil change yet, but my friends said they have payed under $70 in the past. So it is what you make of it. But it’s FAST I’ll tell you that.
Steve, Charles and the other gentleman were on point and recommended the things I needed. They were very professional. I'm not a big fan of the tip prompt...but that's where we are, I guess.
Azeem, was so awesome he was on it. I was a little slow this morning cause I was still waking up and he answered every question I needed to answer before I could even answer it. He’s such a good dude got a great personality. I love the energy. He’s actually helping wake me up right now. The world needs more people like him working.
I just recently went here for the first time and when they were changing my cabin air filter, they accidentally cracked something in my glove box and it would no longer stay closed. But the reason I gave it a five star is because of how they handled it. They apologized several times, gave me a discount on my oil change, and then ordered me a new glove box. When the glove box came in, they came to my house to pick my car up and take it in to fix it and then brought my car back to me. Apologizing again. Mistakes happen and you couldn't ask for better customer service and taking responsibility.
I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had anywhere. Azeem and his entire team were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish.
