I had such an awesome experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I pulled in, the team was friendly, professional, and super efficient. I came in for an oil change, but they also helped me take care of my filters and a coolant flush—and they made the whole process completely stress-free.
I absolutely love this place. Michael was fantastic. Did not pressure me to buy extras. I’m telling all my female friends to go here. They will give you their recommendations but don’t pressure you into buying extra. That’s HUGE for me. If you need any oil change, filters, windshield blades, etc, stop by this location in Sugar Hill on Hwy 20. My car is older and has high mileage so I got the oil recommended for my car. The pricing was really reasonable.
Very personable yet professional experience. As a former oil tech they checked all the boxes and ask every question essential for the oil change. Offered me solutions where I did not know there were. Jerry is awesome, big guy who looks like a Viking, but don’t let it fool ya. He’s great and friendly guy with a contagious smile eager to get your oil changed and have you moved on about your day. I forgot the name of the other gentleman who helped but he was very personable and made sure I had everything I needed. I find it hard to trust some oil shops. But this one 10/10 will go back again. So thanks to all of them for their hard work, honest professionalism, and services.
Took great care of my truck, and when the staff were changing my oil, they were able to take out and examine both of my air filters and replaced the one that needed replacing. On top of the great service and good recommendations for maintenance products, they were able to test my emissions all at the same time. Great spot, great crew.
