I really need to bring attention to my most recent visit and an employee who took initiative and showed an amazing level of kindness. My biggest regret is that I didn’t get his name in case his bosses see this. I have been going to this location for a long time to get my oil changed. A few days ago, toward the end of my oil change, the young man helping me asked about getting a radiator flush on my Jeep Wrangler. I said I was sorry, but I filed for divorce last month and until the process is complete, money is really tight. He returned to working and apparently a few minutes later he saw me with my eyes shut, saying a little prayer about the stress I was under. He walked over and mentioned that he was a recovering alcoholic and that he understood how alone a man can sometimes feel when under pressure. As I went to check out, he said, “tell you what I’m gonna do so you can have a brighter day…” and he reached in a drawer and scanned a coupon for 50% off. With nothing in it for him, he made an extraordinary gesture of kindness that I’ll never forget. I will NEVER get my oil changed anywhere but here!
Very good service, fast and everyone was friendly. Homie with the septum piercing was awesome and held a good conversation with me while my oil was being replaced. They gave coupons and free windshield fluid refill for the future. I live close so this is my new spot for me and my family. 10/10 Oh! And they gave me a discount on my engine air filter, which i normally don’t replace😭💀
I can’t say enough good things about them at take 5! I have been here 2x in the past week. In and out in less than 30 minutes, friendly, thorough and did I mention, quick! These guys are wonderful here. Keep in mind-they can do more than oil changes-air filters, coolant flushes, wipers….and I promise they’ll be cheaper than anyone around.
Take 5 is my new spot for an oil change! ! I had an appt at a place and they wanted $140 for a synthetic oil change and a 2 hr wait even with my ‘appointment’ so I left and drove to Take 5 and got my oil changed for almost half the price and the service was perfect and incredibly quick- I will be back!!
Coming home from vacation our rental company told us to come to take 5 for check engine light issue - the staff at Harper Lane in St John Florida were incredibly friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The shop is clean and advanced. We had never been to a place like this and were SO impressed! 10 out of 10!
