Very quick service. Cost a little more but that’s what you are paying for. In and out within minutes to get on with your day. The employees were great. I had questions and they answered them. They showed me my air filter (it was beyond dirty… which tells me the LAST place did NOT in fact change it)) and the dipstick (showing that the oil was at level and clean). They also let me know about my oil and radiator leak (which I did know but I appreciated that they didn’t ignore it). I will definitely be back. They are fast, efficient and amazing. (And thank you Paul for noticing I was sweltering because my AC didn’t work and putting a fan on me… That was beyond thoughtful). See you in 7,000 miles (give or take 500 : )

It is weird to say how an oil change place can make you feel like all is right in the world. But let me share with you my experience. In the last two months, I lost my dad, I had two strokes and then had to put my five year old dog down on my birthday. When I pulled into the oil change place, I cannot express how amazing every player on that team was. I wore vomited all my problems and the gentleman taking care of my oil change was so incredibly kind and reminded me of how good humanity can be. I can’t remember your name, but you were running that place like a boss and I appreciate you taking the few minutes it took to listen to me and offer me a coupon. Thank you so much!

I had Paul (hood), Dino C (pit), Ian McGuire (safety), Paul(MoD), Paul (Serv writer). This team was by far the nicest, most informative group, I have Ever Worked with, and with more than 50 years of driving, more than 2000 oil changes done. This was the first time at a Take 5, I will be returning to that location. As will all 6 the the family vehicles. As well as recommending that location to all I can. I have been here twice in two weeks with two different vehicles, they stay busy so presumably assumed they didn't remember me the 2nd time. The 2nd time they were busy not super but busy as busy as J was also working and working on calla and laptop on car and on a time crunch- they weren't as efficient did not specify the oil being changed, no oil leak or everything looked “good” as they mentioned the first time- If you’re spending $200 on an oil change regardless lets not pass judgement and just still notify, notice and advise each customer as they come across! I spent almost $400 with two visits one being great the other being deceiving and rushed and not caring. Each time with just two workers- i was there an extremely long time. Take 5?? More like 5 hours yet id rather my car be done right but apparently even these places are short on work.

Paul was great! He took the time to explain everything to me when we encountered an issue I didn’t expect. He let me know I didn’t have to do anything at this point but I chose to go ahead and take care of it now. He had a great attitude and was very kind. This location is my go to for oil changes and I’ve always been satisfied! Everyone have always been pleasant. Beep! Beep!
