We’ve been taking all of our cars here for the past ten years. Joseph appears to run the shop here. He does a phenomenal job at training, customer service and is extremely efficient. They always do a thorough job and never oversell you. They let you know when service doesn’t need to be done and recommends when you need additional service even if it’s outside of Take 5.
I was a little overdue for my oil change so my husband suggested I go to Take 5. From the minute I drove in, Kendrick directed me into the bay and offered me a bottle of water. Chris walked me through what was happening and even helped me reset my car’s notification for the oil change. Gunner showed me the details of my oil and ALL of them were super friendly and helpful!! Thanks, guys!! Highly Recommend and plan to go next time my oil needs changed!
I’ve always taken my car to the dealership to be serviced. I decided to try Take 5 in Mandarin(near JCbridge). These people were the absolute best! There were several working on my car (overdue oil change) with one informing me of what was being done. This was the easiest process, no pressure sales, no decisions except which package I wanted. Tech told me to stop in for air pressure checks and basic fluids at anytime. Truly a pleasant experience. Extremely pleasant staff! I will be returning!
