Poinciana Take 5 Oil Change is the best! I’ve visited this location multiple times, and once again they didn’t disappoint. After moving, I really needed an oil change and was so glad to see they were still open.
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. Anthony, James, and Julian were the technicians who took care of me, and they were outstanding from start to finish. They were extremely thorough—checking my air filter, cabin filter, and even topping off my windshield washer fluid without me having to ask.
A great experience every single time - they don't push upsells but do provide information if something additional may be needed, it's the perfect amount of "selling" in this sort of environment and keeps me coming back! I used to work at a Jiffy Lube but won't stop at those kind of places anymore 🤷🏼♀️ Take 5 (particularly at this location) always goes above and beyond in terms of friendliness and service. Don't change a thing!
This was my second time visiting this location. The first time, I was turned away because of the car I had. However, on my second visit, everything went smoothly. Thanks to the assistant manager, Anthony, the experience was great. He clearly leads a phenomenal team. Special thanks to him whatever he’s doing, he should keep it up!
