Excellent service at Take 5 Oil Change. I came in for an oil change and to replace my windshield wipers, and the whole experience was great. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient eand they explained everything clearly. They worked quickly and made the process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated their helpful attitude and great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend.
Thank you so much to the guys at Take 5! ! They allowed me to be their last customer of the day. The heat of the day and the work load that they must had must have been a lot, but they still provided their service with a smoke and so much kindness. They offered and gave me water when I felt like giving them some. I offered muffins because I felt so grateful that they worked on my car in unison, making sure it was all done well and so quickly! They work like a well oiled machine, no pun intended. Great service!! Great guys!!!
I personally give this location tlfour stars instead of five simply because of the fact that the service rendered time frame was not adhered to. Based on the service that I needed, I was surely assisted. Upon my arrival I was offered a ice cold water beverage. The technician that took care of me was very nice and personable and also very professional. I am not entirely too sure why it took so long for me to get my oil changed -however I am not a maintenance technician - so, I will let that be what it will be. I did have a really great experience at this location, however; I will say that if you are in a rush for time this may not be the location for you. I will say, that if you are looking for amazing customer service this location is for you! ! I searched over my receipt for the name of my tech but it's not on there. She has piercings and a dope personality! Thank you!

ONE HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE. GOT EVERYTHING DOWN.NO ONE WAS THERE.THEY WERE HAVING A BREAK OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.THEN, THEY FINALLY OPENED THE GATE.SO I CAN GET IN, SO I HAD A WASTE ABOUT FIVE MINUTES.PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE.I DID GET A RECEIPT, BUT THEN.BUT THEN THE GUY WHO WENT IN MY CAR TO CHECK THE CABIN FILTER.HE TOOK THE HE TOOK THE.RECEIPT WITH HIM SO I NEVER DID GET ANOTHER RECEIPT.BUT I AM GOING TO I DO RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE.THEY WERE VERY NICE AND YOU DID EVERYTHING.HOPEFULLY EVERYTHING HOPEFULLY MY CAR IS GOING TO BE GOOD FOR NOW ON
