It's rare to find such personalized care at an oil change place, but Lindsay made me feel valued as a customer. I'll definitely be returning because of her outstanding service!

Aside from the Snyder Twins who work at the Quick & Easy Lube and Oil Center on Drake Road, Take 5 Oil Change is the BEST one where I've ever had a vehicle serviced! This is a top-notched and trusted shop. They aren't changing a fluid if it doesn't need to be changed. Someone is constantly double checking everything was done right. And the customer service was fantastic! That cold bottle of water at the start with a wonderful greeting goes along way. I was so impressed. Well done! 👏👏👏

Manager went out of her way to ensure our service visit was awesome! She was training new greeters on the what they needed to do for each and every customer. I had asked if they topped off brake fluid and she said that they did not do this.She checked the level for me and informed me that not only that it was low, but to be safe, it was needing to be flushed. They also did a coolant flush in addition to the oil change and air filter. Technician was also very courteous and professional Overall visit was amazing and value was well worth it.
The service at this location was amazing and fast. Jojo and the rest of the staff members were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all the questions that I had and fixed my problems. Thank you again for your help and I will be returning back to this location.
