I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The whole process was fast and smooth, which I really appreciated. On top of the oil change, they also replaced some very dirty filters that definitely needed attention.
Unfortunately you cant keep your a/c on and it was super hot. ...This was not there fault however stuck in the car for more then an hour and 30 minutes.
Take 5 Oil Change on 1st st is the Best! Gio does an excellent job. Hes very personable, and knows his stuff. He told us everything he was doing and how, showed us what was in the car and if it needed to be changed or not. Thats great service. He even gave us a cold bottle of water before he started. He thanked us when he was done. Also the owner came and thanked us too. We highly recommed Take 5 Oil Change on 1st in Winter Haven.
I had a fantastic experience with Eli and his team. The certified technicians performed a complete multi-point inspection and service, and everyone greeted me warmly. They also took time to explain my vehicle’s features so I felt informed and confident. Highly recommend truly exceptional customer care. The new assistant manager was very polite as well. Joel was great! He had a lot of new people and I was on a time crunch and almost skipped. He and his team played car shuffle to make sure I got out in order and on time. I really appreciated that they cared so much about our time. They did a fantastic job and I didn’t feel pressured or upsold. 10/10
