These guys were absolutely wonderful! It was my first time coming in, and they made sure that I was well informed, part of every decision and step, let me know what my options were anytime they found something that needed to be changed, and they were all so sweet, fast, and efficient. For the complete oil change that I got, with added labor for windshield wipers, and a cabin air filter, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes
I can not speak highly enough of this place! As soon as I drove up, I was greeted by amazingly friendly staff who talked me through the process as a first timer. You can tell that the employees and management are all involved in the operations and truly work as a team. As a Floridian, I was blown away with the offer of water bottles for myself, and such a small gesture went a long way.
Took my Kia K5 in to get a much needed oil & filter change. Anastasia, the manager was prompt and polite & another associate, Bryan, facilitated my 10 minute experience. The consideration in what his team saw for my particular vehicle is second to none; He gave genuine information of multiple systems in my car and their respective efficiencies. The excellent customer service provided by these 2 was refreshing + Bryan also told me about a recall my specific model had that I should inquire with my car makers facility (outside of Take5's wheelhouse) Keep up the good work, thanks again.
Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful. This was my first time getting an oil change on my own, and it was far from the predatory experience I had envisioned. While there were some opportunities for them to upsell on items (that I absolutely need to replace), they were not pushy at all when I declined the extra services. Everyone was very informative and I felt like they walked me through the whole process, which felt like it took less than 10 minutes!!! Will definitely be returning here in a few months for my next oil change. Thank you all again!!
Derrick and his team were absolutely fantastic! After going to the OBT Take 5 location (avoid at all cost) to get my oil change, I noticed oil leaking from my car. Derrick and his team fixed it all up for me, topped off my oil, put air in my tires, and cleaned my window 😭 Can’t recommend this location enough. Everyone here is always so sweet and helpful.
