Oil Change in Winter Park, FL at 6334 University Blvd

Absolutely incredible location. We all know what to expect from these spots. A quick drive up, stay in your car, and get the work done quickly. This location went above and beyond. They always give you a write up of the things that need to be fixed. They recognized that my car had a significant issue with something. I wasn't prepared to fix or pay for the amount of issues that needed to be done. The mechanic took their time to explain the pros and cons of having it done, didn't make me feel pressured, and even helped me find a coupon! This location is out of my way, but I'm going to go back whenever I need something done because I trust their expertise.

I stopped by Take 5 Oil Change for an oil change and air filter, and it was such an easy experience. They were really attentive from the start, walked me through everything, and showed me the condition of my air filter without any pressure. The whole team felt professional but still very approachable, which I appreciated.

I got to take five today and the environmental service truck was parked out front, but I still had plenty of room to pull into line. With one car ahead of me, Zachary came out immediately with a cold bottle of water while I waited (so nice!!) When I pulled into the bay, they first drained the oil from my car which I had never seen before and it was really cool. Although, I felt kind of wasteful knowing there was oil still in there. I asked Brian what they do with the old oil and he explained to me that it's most likely recycled after the environmental services collect it. That made me feel good. I then chose my oil and Zachary went upstairs to make sure they had it in stock. They ended up not having it but still gave me a similar option. Zachary then checked all my filters, explained to me they're importance, and everything they were doing along the way. He did not push me into upgrading services, but still educated me and that alone made me feel comfortable cuz it's not always like that. When it was time to collect payment they redeemed a coupon I received in my email. Overall, this was a great experience! I left today, knowing I made the right decisions for my vehicle and I greatly appreciate the staff that made that possible. Also, I recommend going to get your oil changed at take five early in the morning if possible. The weather was still a bit cool and there was something peaceful about the space. Went for an oil change. The technician said the plug was oversized and he was afraid he wouldn’t be able to get it back in and then my car would’ve had to have been towed and he didn’t want that to happen. He topped off all the fluids and put air in my tires and refused to charge me anything even though I told him there should be some kind of service fee. He was very nice and professional and I appreciated his concern.

These young men were very efficient and worked as a team. They were full of personality knowledge and excellent customer service. I believe the assistant manager might be raul and the young man working with him was Noah. They were amazingly quick and so accurate and did a thorough check with all fluids under my hood not just an oil change. I will definitely always use them and go nowhere else probably because of their personalities with their clients, their knowledge and their amazing efficiency to get the work done. They're greeting makes you feel very important they even fell in love with our Siberian husky in the backseat and fussed over him.Please go visit these two young men for your next oil change. Ask for Raul and Noah and you will never go anywhere else for an oil change. They're the best.
