Great experience - as I pulled up I was greeted by an associate with a cold bottle of water (so refreshing, especially in central Florida). I pulled into the stall and had them do an oil change and new windshield wipers. Everything was done, including topping off fluids, tire pressure, and cleaning the windshield in less than 15 minutes! Through, quick and professional. Can't ask for anything more - except for the 50% off coupon I got doing a Google search.
Words cannot describe the appreciation I have for the crew at Take 5 oil change services. I drive s Hybrid and used to take the car to the dealership, until I took it, they charged me. Got home and my partner went under the hood. Same oil. Now my trust is 100% on this crew. Entegrity, considerstion and great customer service. Sometimes I go to get the oil change and the boys will see if I really nees the oil change or they woukd let me know if I cam hold off for s few more Miles. They habe my trust…..why gamble with your oil change? Come see the Crew ss I call them and see for yourself.
After using take 5 for years but visiting this location at Colonial and John Young for the first time, I can say it was the best oil change experience I ever had. I typically take my vehicle to Chrysler Jeep for service, but I wasn’t able to keep my recent appointment and needed to find a reputable place for an oil change. I came across your business during my search and, admittedly, felt a bit nervous since I had never taken my Jeep anywhere else.
These group is a "Happy Bunch of Workers". I see "Team-At-Work" (teamwork) !!! ... they call-out a completed task after it is done to inform the other team-member that they can "safely" move to another step, free of danger. They show respect to their customers making sure that they are comfortable while inside their vehicles and they even provided cold water drinks for free. They are easy to get along with ... and they made sure to complete the assigned task the soonest time possible ... with speed, quality of work and treating each maintenance repair as if it is their own vehicle. I consider them as my "Friends" !!! ... KUDOS to the Managers, Techs and everyone involve in the managing, running the operation, and performance of duty. More power and wisdom on this particular branch ... and I look forward to coming back again !!!
