What an exceptional experience. I think his name was David, so knowledgeable so helpful, not pushy at all. The entire staff was really so pleasant to work with. I went in for an oil change because I am tired of waiting hours at the dealership for their free oil changes. I'm convinced these dealerships are only interested in you trading in their car therefore they don't really do a great job I've been having some problems with my engine. Turns out I needed to have my coolant, drained and replaced. My car is driving the way it is meant to now I feel such a huge amount of relief, and like I extended my car's lifetime.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped into Take 5 Oil Change and had a great experience. Even though they were short staffed, the crew still worked hard to keep things moving and took great care of me. Outstanding service, professional attitude, and everyone was friendly throughout the visit.
I first visited this location about 5 years ago. For about 3 years, the service was ok. Then I had a really horrible experience and choose to not go back. I decided yesterday to try again. The service was absolutely amazing. Not only were they professional and got the job done but it was so nice to have a talk with these guys while I waited. I’d recommended to go with this new crew. 5 stars 5stars
I want to thank Daniel the shop manager and the three individuals who serviced my car yesterday at “Take 5”. I came for an oil change and was able to get several other maintenance items done as well. I highly recommend this “Take 5” for the service and efficiency of your car engine maintenance! I was in and out, without an appointment, and even my windshield was cleaned. Oh yes, I was able to stay in my car as they serviced it.!
David greeted me with amazing customer service, was sweet as could be, and explained things so well. Daniel did a great job on the oil change and gently told me that I was going to need some repairs for leaks. Both guys went above and beyond to assist in finding the right mechanic to take care of me. I've always had great service with Take 5 and really appreciate this company. These guys are awesome!!!
