Nate was honeslty the most trusting and nicest human I have had work on my car (and this thing needs a lot of work) he was informative and professional and recommended the best for me, I greatly appreciated it. I felt safe and for once an oil change was a positive experience and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Nate and todays Take 5 team!! I will be back and back on time because of them for my next oil change!
Went and got my normal oil change today and right before I got there my check engine light came on. When I pulled up and turned my car off my fan was blowing under the hood. The technician Nevaeh was amazing!!! Greeted me with an ice cold water and a smile. She is well spoken and very polite. She explained everything to me so I was able to understand in layman’s terms what was going on. She did a coolant test and my coolant was 5 parts water to one part anti freeze which is not good as it should be 50/50. She was very helpful explaining what was going on and they filled up my coolant for me so my car wouldn’t overheat driving back home as I live in a different state and was just down here for the weekend visiting. I appreciated her so much and was very happy with my service. The oil change went great and quick. Offered to put air in the tires (but I declined since I had just filled them myself) and windshield cleaned.
This location was so kind and the service was quick. The shop manager Fred was very informative, told him it was my first visit to any Take 5. He walked me through the process and options thoroughly, appreciated that! Also find it cool they give additional fill ups on the oil if it’s within a certain mileage for free. Also found a discount coupon online, so that was a bonus! Definitely more affordable than Nissan
Well deserved 5 star service! I just moved to Clearwater and needed my oil changed and the service surpassed my expectations. Kudos to Fred the manager, thoroughly explained each process and made sure everything was checked. Changed my A/C filter which has NEVER been offered to me and it definitely needed it at 125,000 miles. He was awesome! Will definitely be back next time I’m due!
Great service! The 2 young men there yesterday were very helpful and understanding of my little knowledge on my vehicle. They did the service quickly as well! This was my 2nd time at this location and it will be the location that I always use because of the great service I received each time!
