Had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Cristian and Kam were just delightful—a wonderful team and super thorough. Cristian welcomed me with a bottle of water right away, and Kam even cleaned my windshield—such nice extra touches.
Very bad experience. I told the workers that I was a veteran. He said thank you for your service. I asked if there was a veteran discount, and he said yes. My bill came, and there was no discount on it. Instead of correcting it, he said that he “could not do that”. I went to see the manager the next day, and he said the same thing, that they couldn’t do anything about it. I am not sure why correcting a mistake was an impossible thing to do. This is an unacceptable way to treat customers.
The staff was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They didn’t attempt to oversell any item and explained things as thoroughly as one could help. Isaiah and Alex are great and made me feel good leaving and I would recommend anyone frequent this location. I even returned to ask a question and the staff answered in a nice manner
DEVIN ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 12/10. I want to applaud his professionalism, understanding and vast amount of knowledge he quite clearly has in his/this industry. As a woman, going to get an oil change is something I dread start to finish. Devin, answered all of my questions, gave me his recommendations but wasn’t pushy by any means and genuinely made me enjoy the entire experience. And for my women. Safe space. ✅✅✅✅✅
They were fast, professional and knowledgeable. They found an overlooked maintenance issue and were able to fix it along with what I came in for for much less and much faster than I’d’ve expected, and now my car is running smoother and cooler and my AC is blowing colder!
