Was brought a bottle of ice cold water while I waited for my turn. Was given suggestions (upselling) which I politely declined (I buy my wipers <Bosch or RainX> and air filters <Fram> at Walmart or Amazon). I recieved no attitude for declining. The crew was polite, efficient and I will be back. I will note that I can, and often do, change my own oil. I can do it for at least half, if not more, than what you charge. I know I'm paying for the convenience. Since I'm working (6) 13hr days a week, I'll accept the service so I can relax 1 day a week.
I have been to Take 5 many times, but recently moved to the Argyle area, so decided to check out the location nearest to our new home. Everyone there was amazing. The customer service was top notch. CK was helping out from another location that I had been to before, and he was super! I'll be back!!
Trey was our service person he was very polite and professional. He explained everything he was doing and showed me multiple things while he was working ion my car. He was also able to give me some quotes on services that my vehicle needs. Five stars for Trey and for the lady who sent me a $25 coupon!!!
Everyone was kind and generous very respectful and informative. Didn’t try to upscale any services was very straight forth with the work they they do based off of what they saw on my car and he made sure to use the word recommend. That’s no pressure on the customer. Very well spoken also
It was just as stated…less than 5 minutes I was in and being serviced. Very professional group. I stopped with a question for one of the staff at Store #5295 located at 7700 Argyle Forest Blvd, Jacksonville. He couldn’t answer it so he got his Manager, Marcus. His response motivated me to let them look at my car and service it. The team was amazing and their manager, Marcus, took the time to explain why his team made suggestions to him to change my filters and do a coolant flush and when to do it at next mileage level. Also showed me the old and new filter replacements. Friendly environment, with laughter, constant enforcement on safety.
