Ray at Take 5 is amazing and deserves a raise. Great customer service, Patience, and attention to detail. While I was waiting so be serviced a vehicle drove over the median, across the street (barely missed the take 5 building) and crashed into the ditch need to Take5. A lot of ppl came outside to look and record but as soon as Ray came outside and saw what happened he ran down into the ditch, rescued the man who was stuck inside of the car, and even climbed back up on top of the car to go inside and get the wives purse. As soon as they were safe and the ambulance and police were called, he went back to work like nothing happened!. And still had the energy to service his customers with a smile on his face; so humble. And even found an issue I didn’t know I had! Great employee!!
being that i also work in the auto industry i dont get off work untill 6 everyday when most places are closed. when i pulled in, i was greeted right away by Doug. He looked wore out from the day but still managed to smile and hand me a water and asked what i was in for. once my truck was in the bay, him and Cayelin were nothing but professional. These guys are the best in their craft and i completely trust their judgement when dealing with my truck. As a fellow service person that deals with the public and in the automotive industry I wish more people would follow their example of professionalism. Thank you guys for keeping my truck running smooth.
Customer service at this location was excellent! Before I even turned off the motor, the tech had a bottle of water ready for me and a friendly greeting. The shop was busy but my time for provided service with great. Next time I would recommend replacing your own cabin air filter for half the price that I paid.
I drive to this specific Take 5 because they men i work with time is truly professional. Plus they interact and got to know us really well. I drive farther from my house just to visit them. I have a Take 5 right next to my house but I don't go there as l I truly like our guys best.
This was the first time that I had ever went to Take 5, and let me tell you, it was a wonderful experience. The guys that were there, were so nice and did my oil change with great care. I appreciate them for their hard work. I will definitely be going their for now on. Thank you both again.
