Been coming here many years off and on due to one not so good experience in the past. However, this was my BEST experience yet. I pay for the premium oil change however Pit and Roman made me feel confident that I received the BEST service possible. Their customer service and expertise is top tier! Thank you for the water, the taking ownership of my vehicle’s maintenance recommendations as well as the replacement of my cabin air filter service I’ve never received there before. I went back to have my 2nd oil change done at the Take 5 @ 8165 103rd St location. These folks are awesome! They never try to pressure you into getting something you don't need - but they take time to educate people about their vehicle. It's an efficiently run facility with very quick service. Today I had an awesome team take care of me! Big shout out to: Chris/Roman/Jewel for outstanding service and being so professional yet, very friendly
These guys on 103rd 2 doors down from Rico Auto (he is my machanic)are AMAZING, their customer service is OUTSTANDING, they went out of their way to take care of me after I bought a used car. I have been coming to this location for several years and I never knew I could come back throughout the 3 month and get different services for free, like top offs etc. Jewel, CJ the store manager, Max & Marcus helped me the first time. Then, I came back for a second time to get cabin filters replaced by Pit the other store manager ! Kiddo's fantastic job! Forever a customer!!
best service I have ever received from the employees Jewel and Pit! ! From begging i was handed 2 waters and talked to right away, started asking questions and they explained everything with such a friendly manor, got everything done (tires, oil, filter, coolant, and wiped my windows) within 10-15 mins and gave me an amazing price for it all. Very talkative and amazing experience all together and will definitely get my money everytime I need a check up!
When I arrived the young man AJ greeted me he was polite and professional. I the service was awesome and the customer service was even better, even though I gave him a hard time about my compartment filter once he pulled it out and I saw how dirty it was he made sure he explained to me why it needed to be changed. Than here came CJ who was just as nice and informative. It's so rare to find quality customer service at some of this oil service places when the staff does not have the customers interest at heart. This is one of those times where I can honestly say I had an awesome experience thank you AJ and CJ I'll see you guys in 5000 miles 😁
