Stopped in today mid afternoon around 1:30-2 and it was busy, to have a top off of the fluids from our last oil change. The whole entire team was so pleasant. These days it is so incredible to see people working together and not hating their jobs. These guys were all working together. I even had a few questions beyond the normal top off and they answered them the best they could and were honest from the start about timing and all. Danny was so helpful and went the extra mile answering my questions we need more people like this and more of this going on. So I had to stop and take time to write a review. Will go back for sure
Came in when they were about to close last night and Isayah still offered to do my oil change. Decided to come back the next day and got in within 10 minutes. Aiden and Thomas were quick with help and got me going again in no time.
I used a coupon. 25% off. Price is a little high for my pallet. But it was relatively fast. Everyone there worked together. There was a great vibe in the air. I have a different issue than just an oil change. Everyone offered to chime in with a possible diagnosis. Which I liked. They were all eager to offer a solution that did not involve Take5 answers. That meant a lot to me. The people there were polite respectful and curious! I’m ok to recommend this location. Just be aware of the price before going.
Isaiah (zay) and Tristan did an amazing job. Friendly, quick and knowledgeable. They were friendly from the moment I got there. Offered me a bottle of water. Explained everything as it was happening, giving me all of my options for replacements of filters and such. I was visiting Palm Harbor on vacation from Michigan and needed an oil change before making the long journey home. They were a bright spot in my day with the customer service they provided.
Jonathan has helped me twice now. He and the crew made my oil change experience very smooth , speedy, and pleasant. He is such a nice young man 😊 I needed an oil change but it wasn’t on my agenda that day. While driving to do other errands I saw Take 5 and remembered how quick and easy it had been the first time so I pulled in and there was no wait! It was so nice to cross that off my to do list 😄 FYI They do more than oil changes, such as engine and cabin filters as well as replacing windshield wipers and more. They make recommendations but aren’t pushy at all. It’s very convenient to not have to get out of the car while they do the services. I even received a bottle of cold water 😊 service with a smile you can count on! Highly recommended for your routine maintenance!
