Oil Change in Tucson AZ 85704 - Take 5 #1851

I got my oil changed, coolant exchanged, as well as a rear differential service. It took no longer than 15 minutes total and my car dealership wanted to charged me more than double for these services. The customer service was top tier, we were informed about everything that was going on as well as shown the difference. We were offered water several times throughout the service and they did not try to upsell. I am very happy with the services I received and will definitely be coming back. I can not recommend this place more!

I always worry whether I will be taken advantage of at oil change places - or whether they will forget to tighten something important, etc. But this is a very professional operation with super well-trained mechanics. They worked well as a team, were kind and courteous to all the customers, and seemed to really enjoy their work-place, which says a lot about a top-down organization. I will drive way out of my way to return to Take-5 on River Road for my next service. I hope the owner appreciates their employees as much as I do! And if they are reading this, Thank you for an enjoyable oil change.

I truly can’t express how grateful I am for Mike and Jason. I was honestly stressed about my car situation and felt completely out of my depth, but they made the entire experience so easy and reassuring.

This place is AMAZING! I could not have had a better experience. I maintain a fleet of five and took every one of them there because I was so impressed with the service. They welcome you with a smile and a bottle of water. They are efficient and you could tell the groove that they have built together as a team was strong. The service is fast and don't try to up sell you with extras, just with what they think you need and are not pushy if you decline. I can't say any more good things about the staff.

🛢️ UPDATE: I really hate to update and give less stars, but this needs to be shared - the two gentlemen that we’re working on my car failed to install the undercarriage back properly, causing damage costing over $500 to get repaired. Second time rolling through here, and somehow the service keeps leveling up like they’re chasing a customer-service high score. Pro tip: swing by later in the day if you don’t want the soundtrack of a boss hollering “CHECKS!” every 4.2 seconds like a malfunctioning car alarm. (I respect the passion, but wow.)
