Everyone there has really nice customer service skills! I was handed a bottle of water when I arrived. Friendly, explains all steps and costs upfront, and was on my way in a timely manner. Would 100% recommend. The only thing they forgot was to fill my windshield wiper fluid…I saw a sign stating they would check certain things & was happy that was on the list as mine was empty and was going to go buy some. I would 100% go again though and just remind them before I left to check
I recently started going to Take 5 for my oil changes and am so glad I switched to them! Their customer service and kindness are always top notch, no matter the location! I travel A LOT, so it’s important to have that consistency when on the road and so far it’s been a great experience every time with this company. JUSTIN AND AMYA were no exception at this Tucson location!! They were soooooo friendly while staying efficient and mindful of my time, plus my dog loved the attention! It’s also a sweet gesture that they offer a nice cold water bottle and dog treats.

Amya & Raul did a fantastic job with their services and pretty efficient. Did a oil/filter change, air filter & wipers. The prices are good & competitive with a variety of oil grades to choose depending on your budget 👍 they also do diesel oil. Probably spent about less than 15 min unlike the dealer that takes 2 hours or wait till the next day to get you in. Take 5 is ready to get you back out on the road within a short time
Right when I arrived, the staff were polite and kind , and my wait time there was minimal. They were very friendly and explained everything they were doing to my car. Definitely good service and fast.
