Superb amazing service at this location on Valencia between Super Star Car wash and Circle K. The Manager was very polite understanding and knowledgeable. Made sure every necessary step was taken for me to have a great experience. Also made sure I was aware of issues and other things wrong with my car besides the next date for an oil change. I went to another Take 5 location and didn’t have the best experience. And went else where for my next 3 oil changes and decided to try another Take 5 location because I had a coupon. And THIS LOCATION and CREW won me over again to become a customer.

I recently visited the Take 5 Oil Change on Valencia and had a great experience! From the moment I pulled up, the crew was incredibly nice and professional. They make the whole process so easy since you get to stay in your car, and they even offered a cold bottle of water while I waited. The service was great—the technicians were knowledgeable, thorough, and explained everything they were doing without being pushy. On top of the high-quality service, the price was good, especially considering how fast and convenient the whole process is. It’s definitely my new go-to spot in Tucson for a quick and professional oil change. Highly recommend this location.

Take 5 has always been my go-to because of the quality of service, technicians, and know-how. Jiffy Lube does not hold a candle to any Take 5, however this specific Take 5 really goes above and beyond for their customers. I especially appreciated the transparency of the technicians during my visit, not forcing me into any unnecessary services all while maintaining professionalism and exceptional customer service.

As a woman, taking my car in for an oil change can sometimes feel intimidating — but not here! From the moment I pulled in, I was treated with total respect. No pressure, no upselling, and no talking down to me. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions without making me feel silly, and got me in and out quickly.

The new manager took great care and took the time to listen. She quickly remedied a problem that the previous manger refused to address a week prior. In fact that person did not even come out to talk to me when i requested. The current manager was quick and professional and answered all my questions and concerns. The whele were quick, professional and awesome! No more than her! Wish i could remember her name but her shop is in Tucson on Valencia and Midvale. There is where i will continue to take all my vehicles!
