I stopped in on my way to an appointment because the sign advertised a quick oil change, and they definitely delivered. Bryan and Angel were very helpful and had me in and out in no time. The customer service was excellent throughout the whole visit. I usually go to my dealership for service, but I decided to give Take 5 a try and I’m really glad I did. I also had a coupon and they honored it without any issues. As a nice extra touch, they even cleaned my windshield for me and provided a cold bottle of water. Overall it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back for other services like wipers and filters.
I always go here for my oil changes. It’s always quick and the customer service is top tier. One of the techs even cleaned the travel bugs off of my windshield this time. It’s obviously pricey when compared to changing your own oil, but you can’t beat the convenience for a busy mom and there are always coupons available.
I'm in the middle of getting an oil change and an impressed with the service! I left my debit card at home and only have $101 on me. Rowan and Angel were able to assess the total before proceeding. Luckily, it was enough. Very grateful for the help- saved me a trip back home! I will definitely keep an eye out for, Take5 in my neck of the woods.
Well, in all honesty, Unfortunately, I stopped at one location that was on River Road and unfortunately I couldn’t stay very long. They were super busy not their fault and because I was on a time crunch, I decided to go to another one closer to the office, I went to the one on Speedway and I was able to get my oil changed With no issue.
