I recently had an exceptional experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Gilbert, AZ, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Conner, Robert, and Rustin. From the moment I arrived, their professionalism stood out. They greeted me warmly and quickly got to work, ensuring that I felt comfortable every step of the way.
I received an oil change, coolant fluid exchange, and a few other services this last Saturday afternoon (wasn’t busy and they got me right in). You can tell that safety is important to them, and I felt they were being fair and honest with me per the recommendations they were making. It was as pleasant an experience at the oil change place could be! And thanks for the cold water. I’ll be back!
Amazing, reliable group of people with excellent service! The Take 5 manager on duty was great. Offered me a water, assisted me and cleaned my windshield before I left. I will definitely be signing up for a membership with thjs company, because good service is hard to come by and even better customer service can be more difficult! 2/23/2026 I arrived for what was going to Take an obvious, longer than 5 Minutes for an Oil Change, as the vehicles and wait was increasing. And given by one of the technicians an explanation of being short staffed yet the availability to come back at another time, I opted to just be patient and wait. And extremely glad that I did. Thus giving me the opportunity to observe the two technicians work and perform at an impressive high rate of knowledge, production and manners. These guys could’ve justifiably displayed stress, frustration and bitterness. But instead remained professional, cool under pressure and proficient throughout. Though I don’t recall the other gentleman’s name, Mark serviced my vehicle and kept me totally amazed with his demeanor and attitude! Again, I was absolutely knocked out by this experience! Great work! Thanks guys!
The location on Market Street in Gilbert is great. I went in for an oil change and was greeted with water while I waited my turn. The staff is always very professional, friendly, and pleasant. They are the Chick-fil-A of oil change service vendors in my opinion and from my experience, meaning their customer service is top tier. I’m always greeted with a smile and I receive excellent service every time.
