Oil Change in Mesa, AZ at 2825 East Baseline Road

I went to get my oil changed at Lindsey and baseline location yesterday and I have never felt the urge to leave a review until then. The guys and girl that were working were so professional nice and very helpful. They checked all of my fluids and told me that I could go a few more thousand miles before I needed an oil change which I really appreciated because I knew they weren’t just trying to take my money. I will never go anywhere else to get my oil changed after that interaction I will be a customer for life. They should all get a raise.

I love this take 5 location. They are very timely, efficient and honest with their services. They distinguish between what you really need and what can happen in future visits or just something you need to be aware of instead of pressuring you to add on services you had no intention of getting. On top of that, they are very friendly and personable.

Great customer service. I went bk to get my suv and oil change. The store manager Max and his employee naleigh were very professional and very thorough for the checkpoints of ensuring I recieved everything I needed.. They were quick and efficient.. I highly recommend this location off of Lindsay and Baseline

Had a couple of hiccups with a previous purchase, but Max made the whole process painless and truly earned my business. People like Max, who step up to handle the tough jobs most others avoid, make a real difference. Way to own the customer experience like a BOSS!

This was my first time there and wasn't sure what to expect. Max was extremely patient with answering all my questions which as a "senior", I definitely appreciated. All three of them (Max, Jeremiah and Jason) were very attentive and the customer-service was top notch
