Yay, after, month's, of, chekinout/stopping-by/calling, etc. , getting 'quotes'/'guess'-'timates', on, a 'bargain'-'basic'-'oil'/'change'!..
I went on Sunday April 26 around 9 o’clock. Was greeted right away . John was my technician he was super helpful and answered all my questions and explained to me everything I needed to know about what was going on in my car. Then The assistant manger( I’m blanking on his name ) come over and explained everything to me once more and made sure I was satisfied with work that was done . Everyone there is so kind and so helpful.
My first time going to Take 5, and I have to say I was very impressed. The employees were super friendly and very efficient. They didn’t use pressure tactics like you come to expect for most automotive businesses, and got me in and out very quickly. Geo and Jayde were fantastic and worked well as a team, along with all the other employees who took a role in the inspection and oil change.
Take 5 was an excellent experience for My Grandmother and I both mechanics that helped us were extremely quick and efficient in the oil change for my vehicle and changing my air filters! We were in and out under 5 minutes and I would recommend take 5 to anyone that needs anything done on their vehicle!If I could leave rate it 10 stars I truly would!I highly recommend take 5 on Broadway and Lindsay to anyone that needs service to their vehicle!I truly thank and appreciate the two mechanics that were there that day they deserve a raise in pay for the high efficiency and how quick we were in and out of there!10/10 rating from My Grandmother and I!
Best place I've ever gotten my oil changed at. Highly professional and they do quick and thorough job. They go above and beyond here and have many good price options as well. The guy who changed my oil was very knowledgeable as well and answered all my questions and gave me tips on how to better care for my engine. 10/10
