I come to take 5 oil change,. Every time I need an oil change. You don't have to get out of your car or truck. The employees are very friendly,they check your tires, top off any fluids that u might need. The wash your window in front.. you don't need an appointment just drive on up. While waiting they give you a bottle of water. I give this place 5 stars.. I enjoy coming here.They check your filters,they don't pressure you..
I have been going here for about 3 years now. And I have finally realized, no one but Raul is doing my oil change. He is absolutely the best. Not only does he know customer service, but he knows how to make sure everything is good. I refuse to have anyone else touch my car when i go here. Simple fact is the last two times I was there, he didnt do my car and the first time they didnt tell me something was missing until I came back. The second time, they didnt put my coolant cap back on so I had to buy a new one. Take 5 is the only ones that do my oil change. Thank you Raul!
The customer service is great. First they greet you with a bottle of water, nice. Many work for you at same time. They are very professional but personable, explain everything that they are doing. Quick in and out and you stay in your car. Love this place. Had oil change and a/c filter changed. Didn't even know my car had one.
Stopped in to the Take 5 in Casa Grande because my onboard message system kept saying service is over due. Greeted with water and a smiling face.
The technicians were very professional, informative and respectful. They let me know what they were doing every step of the way. Casey brought my son and me waters to make sure we were hydrated and comfortable while we waited. The wait was only about 5 minutes. Im very impressed and happy with the service I received and will be back! Would highly recommend them to others! Thank you!
