I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The service was fast, efficient, and honestly one of the easiest oil changes I’ve ever had. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional—they walked me through everything they were doing and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services.
These Gentlemen greeted me with smiles; explained the process clearly and then proceeded to complete the tasks efficiently and effectively. My favorite part of ANY interaction is when a representative sets the expectations up front and then performs to meet or exceed the expectations. Thats what these Gentlemen did!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Decent. The Carfax showing vehicle maintenance history and recommendations was interesting. Resetting oil life was an issue for prior car and for us, but it was a simple thing to do. Only about 50% confident in the recommendations after reviewing our vehicles recommendations from the manual in terms of coolant or differential replacement. We'll see how it goes next time. Emails recommending service and why PRIOR to next visit would be a welcome thing. We'll see.
This was one of the best oil change I've ever experienced. The customer service was A1. I like the idea of staying in my car while the work was being done. Because I know for the fact once they started on my car they worked on it till the job was done. The whole time was an hour or last for window wapper, new filters, oil change and all of the fluid capped. It cost me about the same as just having the oil change at some other places . It was a job well done. It's my place.
