my jeep needed an oil change desperately and take 5 got me in instantly. the bottle of water was nice n cold. hit the spot. the guys were so nice. very thorough. showed me what my oil looked like. showed me my air filter. checked my tires! and get this! got all the bug guts off my windshield, takes me 3 and 4 times what they did in 1. very happy with the service. oh it's the one in green bay by menards. honk honk to them
if you are a veteran you get 25% off. they are pretty quick and I like just getting my oil change out of the way. I like how they have multiple people confirming that they did the job they said they just did because there are horror stories of people getting an oil change and someone forgets to add oil. there's always two people checking and they show you the dipstick to let you see as well. also the bottle of water while you wait is a nice touch.
Been taking the work truck here for 3 years now, never had any issues. The guys are always real friendly and explain what they are doing as they do it. They tell you the prices and deals if they’re running any before selling any extra services, great transparency! The top off policy is really great, especially in these colder months when you go through washer fluid a lot faster. Many different faces throughout the last few years, but the service never changes. The higher price is worth being able to stay in your car, and not having to wait for hours like you do at a normal shop.
