Normally an oil change is not an emergency, but my skid plate fell off my car on a trip going down the expressway, and I thought since I needed an oil change Anyway, I would go there knowing they would have to put the skid plate back on when they were done. The manager Nathan also known as Opie Was just amazing. He acted like we were old friends and quickly figured out my mess and did the oil change and filter filters and helped me put this busted skid plate back in my trunk. Thanks for getting me back on the road guys. you really went above and beyond
Needed an oil change. Since I had surgery, the deacons from my church were paying for the service. I spoke days earlier with someone on the phone who sent me a $25 off coupon that helped tremendously. They were able to take payment over the phone. They were great!!! Second time being there and I will continue to go there. Thank you Take-5 for helping me!!! God bless all of you!!!
The personal service at the take 5 shop on university Ave is great! Not only was my oil changed, I was also given a cold bottle of water before I even pulled in! The guys showed me the filter and topped off the fluids, as well as putting air in the tires. I was able to use a coupon that was texted to me. Take 5 is going to be my go-to place for oil changes from now on!
Everyone was very curious and professional. Wasn't there long and by staying in my car i was there every step of the way. Topped off fluids, checked pressure in my tires and washed my windshield front and back. Very good job guys. I'll be back.
Go there with every vehicle we own several trucks and cars very happy with the service every time we go . the only issue I did have was the shop on the east side of greenbay in front of festival they wouldn't do a fluid check because of my plow other than that always happy with the service. We usually use the one on university ave on the east side
