The place I normally go for emissions checks had a 45 minute wait so I thought I'd give Take 5 a chance today. I was very impressed with the gentleman that kindly greeted me with a cold bottle of water. He told me step by step what was being done on my car. It was quick, informative and professional. I felt confident that they were adequately trained; some other places I've gone have made me question the skill level. Not at Take 5! I found my new go to! I look forward to seeing how they handle an oil change.

Holy crud, that was the best customer service I've ever had for an oil change, maybe the best customer service in general! The guys were detailed, professional, hospitable and generous. I got a bottle of water and fruit snacks while I waited. They topped of the fluids, filled up the tires and even replaced a missing valve stem cap for free. The manager stopped by to see how the service was and I had to sing the praises of those guys. I will definitely return!

Take 5 never disappoints. I've been going to them for a couple years, switched from two other well known places that don't even compare to the customer care you get here. From a cold bottle of water when you pull up, to the people and doggy treats, they go above and beyond for the best customer service. They're super fast which makes the lines go quicker. The extras that come with an oil change are so nice. I love the one on Redwood and 90th. Give them a try, you may never go anywher else again.

The best oil change service I have ever had hands down. I was greeted fast and offered water and fruit snacks for my wait. They took care of the needs I had, got me some new wiper blades and oil change. They were honest about the air filter showing me it looked dirty but if you open it up there was still plenty of life in it so no recommendation to change it. They did a safety check before I left to make sure everything was proper before letting me leave. They completely blew my expectations out the oil pan and I can see why they are always busy. They have my loyalty and the only place I'll go from now on.10/10 or five out of five stars whatever metric you want to use this is the place to go.

This was actually a tough visit. There were several problems. They stripped a screw on the bottom of the car while trying to do the oil change. This caused a very one dense. However, how professionally they handled the situation was phenomenal. I was checked on several times. I was offered snacks and drinks because it was taking so long. That is customer service to me. I never felt like I had a reason to get upset I was taken care of so well. Because I was there so long I was able to observe how they handle routine services and it was like a well oiled machine. Great place! I’ll be back for sure!
