Honestly one of the best oil change experiences I’ve had. You just pull right into the bay and stay in your car the whole time—super easy.
Take 5 is awesome! !! I never thought I’d write a review of an oil change place but I literally recommend this place to all of my friends. Their top off policy is AWESOME and so helpful, they hand out fruit snacks and their staff is always so insanely friendly. Not all oil change places are created equal, and this one is stellar. I went there recently and they didn’t charge me a cent for topping off my washer fluid and tires!
I felt like I got the princess treatment. And also, it was literally a drive-through. They were so thorough and communicative throughout the entire process showing me filters showing me different things and just really paying attention to little things in my car that I didn’t know about. And it wasn’t in an upsell way most of the things they helped me with were free of charge. Topping off my fluids. Changing a gasket. Filling my Tires to the expected capacity. They explained each level Of oil change Based off of how often you drive your vehicle and how far. It helped me make a decision on which level of oil change I wanted. And also, they brought me water and a fruit snack while I waited my turn in line. Very impressed. I don’t think I’ll be getting my oil changed anywhere else.
3/24 Another great experience for Take 5, today. I had a small concern and David took care of the situation in about 5 minutes. This team seems like it’s changed since I’ve been coming, but all of the team seems to keep top level service on there mind. Thanks again Take 5 team.
I've been here a couple of times now and each time I've been really surprised at the level of service. These guys not only check your fluids and filters, they only make honest recommendations. They could've pointed at the dirt on my air filter and try to sell me a new one, but they told me that it should be good for a while. I know it was and I was glad to see that they have integrity.
